Cook

A cook onboard prepares food for passengers and the crew, based on specific needs and policies. You manage the other employees in the kitchen and oversee the item needs and orders. You can occasionally meet the guest to ensure a great meal experience and you is the solely responsible for streamline work from back of house to front of house.

Cashier

A onboard cashier handles cash credit or check transactions for the Company. You will be responsible of counting money into the cash drawers, makes referral for cross-sell products and resolves customers complaints. This role requires to pleasantly deals with customers to ensure a satisfying shipping experience onboard.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

As Food & Beverage manager, you will be required to manage and control the F&B department onboard, performing soft and hard skills as: public relations, typing and reporting, a good knowledge of Office pack and Stock Control Systems (additional). We are looking for an experienced profile with a sound knowledge of a Food & Beverage products. With an experience of, at least, 6 years in the F&B department, 4 in a Management position and 3 on board. Kitchen, stores, financial background would be a plus.
