The Catering business has been managed by Fratelli Cosulich since 1946.
Through catering and victualling contracts we provide our customers with quality ship catering and off-shore catering.
The catering activity of Fratelli Cosulich is managed by the offices of Genoa, Madeira and Macaè (Brazil). Genoa office has been managing the catering activity in the Mediterranean while our Brazilian office has been managing services in the Rio De Janeiro and Espirito Santo areas.
We do rely on critical tangible and human assets allowing us to provide to our customers a 360° certified service. We focus on the recruitment of highly qualified personnel, we invest on highly efficient and advanced warehouses, we bank on reefer containers and other cutting-edge technologies.
The Group offers to its customers a complete range of services from naval supplies, storage for third parties in their own customs warehouses and transport with last generation refrigerated, creating unique proposition thanks to the full extent of activities of the Fratelli Cosulich Group (as Transportation, Manning, IT Services).

Our Catering Department is successfully handling Marine and Offshore catering contracts worldwide serving over 4.000.000 meals per year. Our service includes cook selection, onboard products stock control as well hygiene procedures. Our suppliers are all I.S.S.A. (International Ship Suppliers Association) members.
FERRY PASSENGER VESSELS
Ferries are not moving people, they are about building memories. We want your food on board to be remembered, this is why Our service is provided onboard Ferry Passengers vessels trading between Italy and Albania and between Italy and Greece. We manage Self service, Restaurants, Bars and Duty free shops granting a complete range of high quality products. We employ Food and Beverage Managers, Cooks, Duty free managers and Cashiers. Service includes personnel selection and training together with onboard products stock control as well as hygiene procedures .
CARGO VESSELS
Cargo vessels requires fuel to move, your crew call for great nourishment to work.Our activities for clients with cargo vessels covers: victualling service on man per day rate basic contract, service is provided worldwide or in agreed trading routes supplying needed products taking into consideration the length of the voyage and a variety of menu for the crew at competitive man per day rates.
OIL OFFSHORE

WAREHOUSE
Fullfill your goals, filling our warehouse.We rely on strategical partners’ warehouses at global level, but our key strength is a 5.600 sqm storage close to Port of Livorno connected to all main Mediterranean ports and the international airport of Pisa, directly linked to the motorway system. Our warehouses can stock goods under different tax positions, and it has storage capacity for all kinds of products, including food at controlled temperatures.
